Vintage tools - knife H79

Up for sale is a RARE & gorgeous matched & boxed & stamped on the spine with each day of the week 7 day set of TENNIS SOLINGEN (Dovo) STRAIGHT RAZORS made in Germany. A high quality boxed set with GOLD WASH  blades with faux ivory celluloid scales.

Aimed at the gentleman end of the shaving market, it would allow the said gentleman to retain 1 razor to shave with whilst his manservant would take the other 6 to the local barber for setting when required.


Size - 157mm long when closed & 240mm when open with a 73mm long blade that is 17mm wide.

Weight - 450g

CONDITION

These razors are in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age and use, the original box & integrated stands are worn, the only real apology is that the Saturday razor blade has a couple of chips & a crack at the toe & a large chip off the front scale at the shoulder- the chips will sharpen out & the scale could be restored easily. Some scales have warped a little, some minor tarnish, otherwise in good shape & would need but a strop to get shaving again, extremely hard to find an authentic 7 day set.
