Up for sale is an antique WWI era (1914-1918) Type 6 STANLEY No.604 BED ROCK PLANE, proudly made in the USA with a V-logo cutter, a Corrugated base & beautiful Indian Rosewood handles. 

One of the best user planes ever made, with their machined flat frog and receiver they don’t chatter like other planes can.

CONDITION

This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some small chips to the lever cap, a V-logo era cutter, Rosewood handles, very fine check to the front knob, some finish loss & pitting to the body. The lateral adjustment disc has some wear.

One of the handier planes to have in your workshop, a good workhorse of a plane.
