Up for sale is a pair of vintage PREMAX ITALIAN made medium duty scissors, sharpened by a 3rd generation professional scissor sharpener from Melbourne.
The scissors came from a professional scissor sharpener who would hire them out in bulk to fabric mills & sharpen them monthly as part of the deal - most of his scissors were marked with the notches, so that he would only sharpen his own scissors when picking them up from various mills/textile factories around Northcote, Thornbury, Brunswick & Moonee Ponds, Melbourne.
Size - 175mm long overall & 71mm cutting blades.
Weight - 85gm
CONDITION
These scissors are in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, owners notch markings top & bottom, freshly ground sharp by a professional scissor sharpener, they are sharp & cut well. A good pair of high quality chrome plated Italian carbon steel scissors that will give a long life of service.
