Up for sale is a vintage CARBON STEEL KNIFE by venerable French cutlers SABATIER, a full tang filleting knife, 130mm long blade x 18mm wide x 252mm overall, riveted rosewood scales.

CONDITION
This KNIFE is in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, will require a sharpen prior to use. Tidy, a quick sharpen & you're ready to fillet.
