Vintage tools -  sharpening stone D751

Up for sale is an antique natural sharpening stone a WASHITA STONE -  a natural stone from ARKANSAS, USA. This is a 9” long stone, much nicer to use than the standard 8”.

These are an amazingly good all round stone for woodworkers. These are old stock stones & much denser & finer than what is offered today.

CONDITION

This stone is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, flat enough to use however may require flattening / dressing further to your requirements, CRISP edges- one tiny chip an inch from the end, essential for keeping an edge on your tools in your workshop, an extra nice MAHOGANY user made box.
