• Vintage Tool Shop Pty Ltd is posting your item(s) within 4 WORKING DAYS after cleared payment, unless pick up is organised or other arrangements are made.

• Vintage Tool Shop Pty Ltd is using RECYCLED packing materials as much as possible to help the environment. We take pride in our packing - so all items are packed well to protect your purchases.

• If you need the vintage item(s) quicker, EXPRESS POST, COURIER PICK UP OR UBER PICK UP are AVAILABLE - please contact us on ph: 040 109 1970 or via email: info@vintagetoolshop.com.au

• FLAT RATE postage cost includes packing & handling fee & insurance. Postage prices are calculated according to Australia Post rates.

DOMESTIC RATES:

SMALL (S) - $10AUD for SMALL size items or/and up to $100AUD (combined) value & up to 5kg that will fit into the SMALL PARCEL BAGS; 

SMALL (S) with insurance up to $200 - $12AUD for SMALL size items or/and up to $200AUD (combined) value & up to 5kg that will fit into the SMALL PARCEL BAGS; 

MEDIUM (M) - $15AUD for MEDIUM size items or/and up to $200AUD (combined) value & up to 5kg that will fit into the MEDIUM PARCEL BAGS; 

LARGE (L) - $20AUD for LARGE size items or/and up to $300AUD (combined) value & up to 5kg that will fit into the LARGE PARCEL BAGS; 

EXTRA LARGE (XL) - $25AUD for EXTRA LARGE size items or/and up to $400AUD (combined) value & up to 5kg that will fit into the EXTRA LARGE PARCEL BAGS;

EXTRA EXTRA LARGE (XXL) - $35- $45 for EXTRA EXTRA LARGE size items (saws, No.6-No.8 planes, axes etc) or/and up to $500AUD (combined) value & MORE THAN 4.55kg that WILL NOT fit into the Australian Post PARCEL BAGS;

BULKY ITEMS - $45-$65 for large bulky items (Saws, No.6-No.8 planes, axes etc) or/and more than $501AUD (combined) insured value and/or MORE THAN 4.55kg that WILL NOT fit into the Australian Post PARCEL BAGS;

• ITEM(S) or COMBINED ITEMS with a value of more than $100 or extremely fragile items will have insurance calculated in the flat post rate (around $2.50 per $100 value, added by Australia Post).

• Every item or combined items with a value of more than $500 have an added "SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY" service.

• If stated that the item is REGISTERED & TRACKABLE, once the packed parcel has been given to Australia Post, it’s out of our hands & we will not be responsible for the delivery time of Australia Post. Detailed tracking is available via the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au

• You will receive a shipping confirmation with a TRACKING NUMBER so you can easily trace and follow your order whilst it is in transit. If you for any reason haven’t received your item, please contact us at info@vintagetoolshop.com.au

• PICK UP is available from Vintage Tool Shop, 47 Gadd st, NORTHCOTE in Melbourne, 3070, VIC, AUSTRALIA via private arrangement, please contact us to coordinate your pickup within 5 DAYS.
