Up for sale is a near impossible to find antique MATHIESON No:4 SMOOTHING PLANE, proudly made in Glasgow Scotland with superb Indian Rosewood handles with a complete trade label. Its a lovely thing.

This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & very light use, a full Mathieson cutter, Rosewood handles with a complete trade label to the top of the rear handle. A gorgeous & rare smoother. Sharp enough to use.
