Up for sale is a vintage STANLEY No.6 Fore PLANE, looks to be a type 9 circa 1902-07.

Weight - 3kg

CONDITION

This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use. About 10% of the japanning left & a patch of heavy pitting on the sole by the toe, a cool early repair in figured Blackwood to the top of the rear handle. A replacement tall knob & a short Australian blade. A good early Stanley plane to have in one’s toolkit, sharpen it up & get planing.
