Up for sale is a vintage JAPANESE Smoothing PLANE / KANNA. Comes with its original box & is a tidy example.

Size: 275mm x 81mm at the widest & the cutter is 58mm wide 

Weight - 1.3kg

CONDITION

This Japanese plane is in authentic vintage condition, tidy & little use if any. Will require honing prior to use & some blade easement as most new Japanese planes require. A blacksmith made laminated steel cutter & heavy Japanese white oak body for planing goodness. Once tuned, one can take gossamer thin shavings with these babies.
