 Vintage tools - sharpening stone H518

Up for sale is an authentic VINTAGE BELGIAN COTICULE Natural Sharpening Stone / Razor Hone, it comes in a beautiful user made hardwood box.

This coticule is a natural combination stone some nice colour variation in the coticule layer.

An extremely fine finishing stone, coticles give similar results comparable to 6000 to 12,000 grit sharpening stones.

CONDITION

This coticle stone is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, a small chip off the side of one edge, this is a lovely little stone that would make a good razor or knife hone.
