Up for sale is a vintage STANLEY USA 10 & 1/4 Tilt Handle JACK RABBET / REBATE PLANE with its original Rosewood handles & 2 x nicker spurs.

Sought after by heritage window & door makers & boatbuilders as one keeps one’s knuckles clear from the work with the tilting handle feature.

 Weight - 1.9kg

CONDITION

This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, a repair to the tip of the rear handle, some light pitting & an age check through the front knob, the shorter cutter will require sharpening prior to use but still has plenty of Rabbeting life left in it.

One of the handier planes to have in your workshop if you’re making period windows & doors.
