Vintage tools - chisel T9989

Up for sale is a vintage large GOUGE carving CHISEL by iconic Austrian toolmakers STUBAI.

Stubai chisels are a favourite amongst carvers as their steel is hardened to that Goldilocks zone of being easy to sharpen, but hard enough to hold a good edge.

When NASA went to the moon, they wanted to take only the best quality & reliable tools with them, so they took STUBAI tools.

Size - 49mm wide x 300mm overall

CONDITION

This chisel is in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, it is sharpish & but will require light sharpening or stropping only.
