Up for sale is a HERITAGE SAWS Custom BRUNSWICK model CARCASS SAW.

This one has a silky smooth and dense TASMANIAN MYRTLE handle & is a fine 13ppi crosscut profile for most timbers in our more rigid 0.6mm plate.

Weight: 550g

The plate depth is 60mm below the spine, plate length is 305mm & the saw is 440mm overall long.

Our HERITAGE SAWS are made at Vintage Tool Shop, Northcote, MELBOURNE completely hand shaped & fashioned by Mike & Jim.

The Heritage Saws hand STAMPED BRASS BACKS are folded as in the traditional manner in house; our HAND MADE fancy timber HANDLES are shaped with rasps & files; we use AUSTRALIAN MADE brass SAW BOLTS on our saws; the saw plates are CUT BY HAND & teeth precision HAND FILED (by Heritage Saw partner @jimthesawman).

These are saws made in the traditional way - pre industrial revolution style, no epoxy used here.
