Vintage tools - plane Y574

Up for sale is a gorgeous & unusual antique FRENCH hollowing PLANE that has some age to it. It looks to have been made out of CORMIER WOOD, a fine grained dense fruitwood.

A beautiful rich & warm patina to the wood, a great DISPLAY piece.

CONDITION

This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, a few scratches, chips & wear. Some old filled worm holes. A laminated steel cutter. It's a lovely piece & part of the Yves Longfils collection that we bought back from France in 2019.
