Vintage tools - plane H1865

Up for sale is a vintage STANLEY No:7 plane with rosewood handles, sweetheart era cutter & a partial sweetheart decal on the handle, its a type 14 1929-30.

Weight - 3.4kg

CONDITION

This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some finish loss, a near full sweetheart cutter.
A well done period repair to the tip of the rear handle & a previous owner’s name skilfully acid etched into the LH cheek. The mouth is nice & tight & once sharpened, it will be a planing force to be reckoned with.
