Vintage tools -  plane N1088

Up for sale is an vintage STANLEY USA No:55 Combination PLANE with four boxes of cutters- 50 cutters in total. Gorgeous rosewood handles & fence skates. This one is an Edwardian era plane circa 1908-09.

Weight: 6.6kg

CONDITION 

This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some finish loss. A chip to the top of the rear handle and some heavy wear to the rosewood, 50 cutters are present. Missing a thumbscrew from the sliding section depth stop location, however one can use the auxiliary towers thumbscrew when needed. A nice example of a STANLEY USA no:55, a planing mill in one.
