Up for sale is an early & unusual antique FRENCH YOKE MAKERS ADZE. It looks to be a fairly early tool.

The blade is 32mm wide & measures 310mm long along the head, it’s an impressive piece.

CONDITION

This adze is in authentic antique condition, a dark patina & wear and tear consistent with age and use. A gorgeous piece & still pretty sharp. This adze was part of the Longfils tool collection & purchased in France in 2019.
