Antique tools - brace T8048 :


Up for sale is a fantastic early style antique European / Continental style hand BRACE with its original shapely handles & the skinnier & flatter chuck socket that Scandinavian and French braces sometimes have. 

***NOTE: this brace will not take standard square tapered bits.***

They do the job very well, in fact better than a lot of more complex "bells & whistles" braces.

8" sweep and unsigned, unusual to find in Melbourne.

CONDITION
The brace is in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age and use. 
It's a very old brace & still works well enough. Unusual to find a flat socket brace.
