Up for sale is a fantastic contemporary VERITAS No:4 SMOOTHING PLANE with an adjustable mouth.

This one comes with the higher spec A2 steel blade.

Made in CANADA & a technically clever design, an adjustable frog & mouth & a Norris style depth & lateral adjustment system & also adjustable grub screws that lock the blade in place & stop that annoying side slop.

Size - 50mm wide 3.5mm thick full blade.

Weight - 2.2kg

CONDITION

This plane is in authentic lightly used condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some scratches to the sole & the blade is sharp, one of the handier planes to have in your workshop.
