Vintage tools - chisel D1132

Up for sale is a handy 3/8" 9mm PATTERNMAKERS cranked PARING gouge by Scottish Toolmaker ALEXANDER MATHIESON, made out of that amazing cast steel & with a boxwood handle.

Weight - 100gm

Size: 9mm wide x 160mm usable blade 310mm overall long.

CONDITION
This chisel is in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, a split in the ferrule & an age check to the patinated boxwood handle , it will require a sharpen prior to use, a nice paring gouge by Alex Mathieson.
