Vintage tools -  plane N1287

Up for sale is a vintage CARTER No:C54 PLOW & GROOVING PLANE, proudly made in AUSTRALIA. 

It comes with long & short fence arms & 2 x cutters, fence, depth stop & cutter clamp bolt.

Only produced for 10 years - 1945-1955 in Parramatta, NSW. They are a cool piece of history of the Australian post WW2 manufacturing boom times.

Weight -  1.85kg

CONDITION

This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some finish loss.
One of the handier planes to have in your workshop, sharpen it up & get into the groove.
