Vintage tools - drawknife D2072
Up for sale is an antique 12” DRAWKNIFE (shaving knife) by SHEFFIELD toolmaker WILLIAM MARPLES & SONS.
The cutting edge is curved & is 310mm long.
The drawknife is 480mm overall long with 120mm handles.
Weight -700gm
CONDITION
This drawknife is in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, one ferrule is split & one handle is bent slightly, nice solid handles with rat tail tang & rivet construction & a sturdy drawknife by William Marples, will require a sharpen prior to use.
