Up for sale is an absolutely gorgeous SABATIER marking knife. A venerable French cutlery company that makes high end chef’s knives. This marking knife has a full tang XC100 surgical stainless steel blade hardened to 62rc, 3 x brass rivets & jet black Macassar ebony handle scales with an ultra sharp double bevel blade.

Sabatier is one of the oldest manufacturers of knives and other high-performance cutting tools in France.

Size: Blade length 70 mm, overall length 180 mm, blade width approximately 24 mm

CONDITION

This knife is in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, sharp enough to use. If one is going to have a marking knife, why not have a good one.
