Up for sale is an absolute gorgeous antique BEECH & BRASS PLATED bit brace, with a sprung brass chuck with a steel lined socket.

Made by BROWN & FLATHER of Sheffield.

Weight - 770g

CONDITION

This brace is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age and use. 2 x previous owners stamps. Rear pad handle is a replacement in Tasmanian Blackwood. The chuck button works- most folk back in the day filed a notch in their auger bits for positive locking. A beautiful plated brace. Bit sold separately.
