Vintage tools - plane N39

Up for sale is an antique STANLEY No:6 Fore PLANE made in the USA. This one looks to exhibit the features of a Type 15 1931-32, lovely rosewood handles on this one.

Size - 455mm long x 72mm wide with a 61mm wide cutter.

Weight: 2.8kg

CONDITION

This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, the japanning has been re touched, some chrome off the lever cap & the rear handle has a repair to the horn. It’s a lovely American made plane & one of the handier planes to have in your workshop. Sharpen it up & plane away.
