Up for sale is a gorgeous and uncommon vintage ULLATHORNE & Co No:4 BOXWOOD & BRASS folding COBBLERS ruler, proudly made in LONDON England. 

CONDITION

This ruler is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some staining however all of the locating pins & hinges are good, a lovely boxwood cobblers rule by ULLATHORNE.
