Vintage tools - mallet T5431:

Up for sale is a vintage wooden LEAD DRESSING Stick/ MALLET stamped with a DOMINO trademark with a fantastic colour to the wood. 
Used for beating lead sheet into shapes for flashings around chimneys & pipes. 

It's made out of a heavy & dense timber- probably Boxwood, a slow growing dense timber that is ideally suited for lead dressing sticks, virtually impossible to source these days, most new ones are plastic.

CONDITION
This Lead Dressing Stick is in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, still very usable, nice to have a timber one, it feels nice & weighty in the hand.
