Up for sale is an antique natural sharpening stone a WASHITA STONE - a natural oilstone from ARKANSAS, USA. This is a nice dense example & good for chisels, plane blades & knives, axes & hatchets.

These are an amazingly good all round stone for woodworkers.

Size: 152mm x 50mm wide x 22mm thick

CONDITION

This stone is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, relatively tidy some old hide glue to the bottom of the stone. Essential for keeping an edge on your tools in your workshop.
