D1900 ANCIENT! Large Antique 19mm EUROPEAN GOUGE Carving CHISEL

Vintage tools - chisel D1900

Up for sale is an incredibly ancient GOUGE CHISEL, possibly of DUTCH or SCANDINAVIAN origin.
It looks very very early and possibly blacksmith forged. Possibly 18th century or earlier, stamped I.C.WEIBEL & CAST STEEL.

Size: 19mm wide tip x 370mm Long overall.

Weight: 450g

CONDITION

This chisel is in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, the handle has a lovely patina, a fantastic display piece that has incredible character.
