Vintage tools - chisel D1896

Up for sale is an incredibly ancient GOUGE CHISEL, possibly of DUTCH or SCANDINAVIAN origin.
It looks very very early and possibly blacksmith forged. Possibly 18th century or earlier.

Size: 35mm wide tip x 380mm Long overall.

Weight: 420g

CONDITION

This chisel is in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, the handle has a lot of very old borer holes- long gone however, a fantastic display piece that has incredible character.
