Vintage tools -  adze Y52

Up for sale is an early & unusual antique FRENCH YOKE MAKERS ADZE.

The blade is 52mm wide at one end &  22mm at the other end & measures 300mm long overall, its an unusual piece.

Weight -   750gm

CONDITION

This adze is in authentic antique condition, a dark patina & some pitting as to be expected with a possible 18th century tool. This adze was part of the Longfils tool collection & purchased in France in 2019.
