Vintage tools -sharpening stone A380

Up for sale is a cool antique RAZOR HONE it looks to be a German THURINGIAN SLATE by the size, colour & fineness. There is a partial label stating it to be a “The Celebrated Water Hone, Germany.”

A superb fine finishing natural water stone around 8-12k grit rating. Great for keeping your straight razors cutting, these are also an amazingly good finishing stone for your tools & knives.

This stone is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some tiny chips & scratches that would lap out, these are among the finest European natural stones, good for getting your gear razor sharp.
