Up for sale is an antique natural sharpening stone a NORTON No:1 WASHITA - a high grade of WASHITA stone from ARKANSAS.
These are an amazingly good all round stone for woodworkers. These are old stock stones & much denser & finer than what is offered today.
Size: 177mm x 50mm x 25mm.
Weight - 590gm
CONDITION
This stone is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, nice crisp edges- this stone has seen little use, the original Norton cardboard box has lost its ends, essential for keeping an edge on your tools in your workshop.
