Vintage tools -  knife D1515

Up for sale is a vintage CARBON STEEL Chefs KNIFE, no makers mark on the blade, but it is undoubtedly either a French Sabatier or Nogent knife due to its construction and design.

Hidden rat tail tang construction with a white metal bolster ferrule.

Size - 175mm long blade x 30mm tapering across the width, 287mm overall

Weight -  100gm
