Up for sale is a cool contemporary SMOOTHING PLANE by AUSTRALIAN plane makers HNT / Terry Gordon.
Crafted out of rock hard GIDGEE with a 6mm thick tool steel blade hardened to Rockwell 62-64. A blade bed angle of 60° for harder Australian Timbers. A brass wear insert to the mouth & extra nice figure on this piece of Gidgee.

CONDITION
This plane is in authentic used condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use- minor scratches to the sole. Will require a light sharpen prior to use. This plane has had light use only & is a good example. HNT Gordon quality it’s a lovely plane for the workshop, the figure in the body is absolutely stunning.
