Up for sale is an antique SARGENT No:409 SMOOTHING PLANE, with the hard to find brass insert lever cap.
Made in the USA.
Size: 250mm long x 62mm wide with a 51mm wide blade.
Weight - 1.63kg
CONDITION
This plane is in authentic vintage condition, some finish loss & some pitting to the sides & sole, one of the better planes to have in your kit. A good plane to find, sharpen it up & plane away.
