Up for sale is an earlier STANLEY RULE & LEVEL era No:55 Combination PLANE with a complete set of 52 cutters in their wooden boxes. (The later production 55s had 55 cutters)
Advertised as 52 planes in one & being a planing mill in your hands, its an incredible piece of kit for making your own mouldings & profiles etc.

CONDITION
This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some light storage rust pits & plating loss, a small chip off the casting around one fence socket & a skilful repair to the same fence handle section, some filler in places in the box, a good example of a STANLEY no:55 Combination Plane. You’ll be sorted for mouldings with this baby.
