Hand Forged drawknife JMB41

Up for sale is a cool 9” double bevel drawknife made by a local Blacksmith Jacob Marcus, fashioned out of a leaf spring.

Handles made from Vic Ash with a Shou Sugi Ban / Yakki Sugi scorched finish, and a hand forged retaining wedge.

Weight & size - 570g x 232mm long blade x 350mm long x 70mm egg shaped handles

CONDITION

This drawknife is brand new, this drawknife has been ground and polished however it may require sharpening or honing to suit its new owners preference. Due to being a handmade product some individual variation occurs, fantastic drawknives made right here in Melbourne Australia.
