Hand tools -  plane N1002

Up for sale is a cool contemporary  SMOOTHING PLANE by AUSTRALIAN plane makers HNT / Terry Gordon, with its original box & instructions.

Crafted out of rock hard MACASSAR EBONY with a 6mm thick tool steel blade hardened to Rockwell  62-64. A blade bed angle of 55° for harder Australian Timbers. A brass wear insert to the mouth & this plane looks to have done little work if any.

CONDITION

This plane is in authentic lightly used condition, wear and tear consistent with age & light use. This plane has had light use only & is a good example. HNT Gordon quality it’s a lovely plane for the workshop, sharp enough to use.
