Up for sale is an antique user made DOVETAILED steel INFILL plane with a ROSEWOOD INFILL.
These really are the luxury yacht of the planing world, with an extra thick laminated steel cutter & the finest mouth, plus with the steel cutter bedded against the rosewood infill, they never chatter.
Weight - 3.2kg
Size: 393mm x 71mm with a 63mm cutter.
CONDITION
This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use. A nice thick MARPLES cutter. It’s a lovely plane for the workshop & unique at that.
