Up for sale is an absolute gorgeous antique BEECH & BRASS PLATED bit brace, with a sprung brass chuck with a steel lined socket & a LIGNUM VITAE rear pad handle, by ADFERN of SHEFFIELD.
Weight - 650g
CONDITION
This brace is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age and use, some minor age checks to the wood, the chuck button works- most folk back in the day filed a notch in their auger bits for positive locking. A beautiful brace by ADFERN of SHEFFIELD.
