Up for sale is a hard to find antique STANLEY Rule & Level Co. USA No:26 transitional plane.

The best of both planing worlds, the silky smoothness of a wooden sole gliding over your work with the easy adjustability of a lateral adjustment lever & depth adjustment knob.

Size: 380mm long x 65mm wide x 50mm cutter

CONDITION

This plane is in authentic antique condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some japanning loss, and wear to the sole & an old repair to the rear handle. It’s a lovely plane that would make a fantastic user once sharpened up.
