Up for sale is a fantastic antique round moulding plane by York makers MIDDLETON & DYSON, circa 1791-98 only.
Flat chamfers to the body & a rounded form wedge, a fantastic recumbent ampersand in the makers stamp, another early indicator.
Weight - 370g
CONDITION
This plane is in authentic antique condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, an age check at the corner of the mouth. A rare early survivor from an uncommon York maker.
