Vintage plane - N1631:
A genuine vintage NORRIS A5 closed handle infill SMOOTHING PLANE post WW2 with an Ebonised Beech infill & its genuine NORRIS parallel blade.
Considered the ROLLS ROYCE of planes by many including Fine Woodworking magazine, they are an absolute delight to use, sharpen it up & you’ll be taking gossamer shavings off cranky boards of timber with gusto.
A tight mouth & a 2 & 1/8” / 53mm cutter.

CONDITION
This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age and use, some light fly spec pits, a previous owners name on the rear handle. A full Norris London cutter, sharpen it up & plane away with pleasure.
