Vintage tools - plane N1866
Up for sale is a cool vintage STANLEY No. 4 & 1/2 PLANE, USA made circa 1910-18. A three patent date type 11 with Rosewood handles. Note that the original front low knob has been replaced with a tall knob.
Weight - 2.05kg
CONDITION
This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use. Some finish loss and a small patch of pitting to the sole, a replacement front knob that is a tall knob. A nice old smoother that would restore well. Will require sharpening prior to use.
