Vintage tools - plane P95
Up for sale is an antique STANLEY Rule & Level Co. USA No:35 transitional plane.
Patent dates 1858 & 8th of Aug 1867 on the brass adjuster.
Plane blade with a Stanley Rule & Level Co arched stamp & Leonard Bailey’s Patent Dec 24, 1867 on the chipbreaker, due to the circular disk on the lateral adjustment lever it’s probably a type 9 1888-90.

CONDITION
This plane is in authentic antique condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some japanning loss, some storage rust, small chip to the timber mouth, it’s a lovely plane with great patina.
