Vintage tools - mallet T5433:
Up for sale is a vintage Boxwood LEAD DRESSING Stick with a fantastic colour to the wood.
Used for beating lead sheet into shapes for flashings around chimneys & pipes.
It's made out of a heavy & dense timber- probably Boxwood, a slow growing dense timber that is ideally suited for lead dressing sticks, virtually impossible to source these days, most new ones are plastic.

CONDITION
This Lead Dressing Stick is in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, still very usable, a beautiful colour to this one, nice to have a timber one, it feels nice & weighty in the hand.
