Up for sale is an early & unusual antique AUSTRIAN PATTERN kreuzaxt AXE. An unusual maker’s stamp on this one, a heart overlaid a triangle.
Size - The blade is 36mm wide & measures 290mm long overall with an 120mm long handle / socket, it's an impressive piece.
Weight - 1kg
CONDITION
This axe is in authentic antique condition, a dark patina & some pitting as to be expected with an early tool. This axe was part of the Longfils tool collection & purchased in France in 2019.
