Up for sale is a cool old Carbon Steel Chefs Chopper, unmarked but very well formed.
It has a nice tapered high quality Carbon Steel blade, with a Hardwood handle.
Size - the blade is 135mm wide x 50mm deep at the widest point & the chopper is 140mm deep overall.
Weight - 170g
CONDITION
This Chopper is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age and use, the blade is very tidy, it's a strong well made chopper, high quality tapered carbon steel blade & gorgeous hardwood, it came with a load of choppers from the USA.
