Up for sale is a vintage WASHITA SLIP STONE for gouges etc.
A high grade medium fine hard natural stone.
Size: 106mm x 43mm x and a tapering cross section 8mm thick to 14mm
Weight: 120g
CONDITION
This stone is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some heavy wear to the 14mm edge- needs reshaping with a bit of sandpaper, the narrow edge has a chip about 12mm from one end & could do with reshaping also. A nice stone that is worth the effort of reshaping as its a very fine grained Washita.
